By: Anis Suraya, Liyana Zaini and Syafiqah Rosli

Libya, an oil-rich country in the Maghreb region of North Africa. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, Libya faces Egypt to the east, Sudan to the south east, Chad and Niger to the south, and Algeria and Tunisia to the west has been the world attraction since the nation facing an uprising by the Libyans right after the revolution that happened in Egypt. Our focus is to know who’s the one who causes all these revolutions and demonstrations. Some says that this is just the continuation of what happened in Egypt. Some says the Libyans are not satisfied with the way their president Muammar Gaddafi ruled the country. So, is this just  a chaos triggered by their opponents or just the continuations of ‘drama’ about what happened in Egypt?

The news about the political crisis in Libya had been spread all around the world. The whole nation are all hoping ,praying and fighting for freedom, peace and harmony, since the revolution begun.
Libya is now in turbulent. There is a mixture of human rights activists, democracy advocates, intellectuals, tribal elements, and also Islamic forces. Besides that, the most prominent political force in the Libyan uprising is the “Youth of the 17th of February Revolution”. There was a democratic platform, calling for the rules of law, political freedoms, and free elections.

Based on News AFP Muammar Gaddafi had issued an instruction to the police to arrest all the rebels who is not satisfied of his 41 years of ruling the country. The detactor said that all the Libyans are with him. Officially 300 were killed but still Muammar Gaddafi don’t want to abdicate his ‘throne’.

Until this article was written, Libya is still in turbulent circumstances. These turbulent must be stop because it’s affecting the country’s economy, especially tourisms and investments. This revolution causes the Libyans and even the tourists feeling doubtful about their President’s 42 years of control.
